Part-Time Post of Marketing Manager

Malta Handball Association

Applications are invited for the post of Marketing Manager to work on part-time basis with the Malta Handball Association.

Applicants must be qualified and experienced in the marketing field. Preference will be given to candidates who have knowledge in the field of sports especially in the game of handball.

This part-time post is for the period March 2012 to December 2012 and may be extended for a further year or two. A remuneration package will be dealt with during the interview.

The successful candidate is expected to form part of the MHA management team. Details of job description and MHA’s governing structure may be found on

The MHA is receiving nominations for the posts of Vice-President and President until noon of Monday 5th March. Elections shall take place on Monday 12th March 2012. The EGM (Elections) will be followed by a Council Meeting replacing that of the 5th March.

EHF Delegate Alan Grima in Greece

Following matches in Greece, France, Malta and Italy this season already, EHF delegate Alan Grima will be back on assignment in Greece for the Men’s Challenge Cup last 16 first leg match between A.C. Diomidis Argous of Greece and HC Portovik of Ukraine. The match will be played next Saturday 11th February in Nea Kios. The referees nominated for the match are Boricic and Markovic from Serbia.

Applicants must have a thorough knowledge of the game of handball. Preference will be given to applicants with both coaching and refereeing experience.

This part-time post is for the period February 2012 to December 2012 and may be extended for a further year or two. A remuneration package will be dealt with during the interview.
